Velzyx portfolio — 01 / Aria

A voice operator engineered for appointment-driven practices.

Aria is a proprietary in-house engineered AI voice operator. It answers every call, qualifies new patients against your intake script, books across providers, and handles the routine front-desk traffic that pulls your team off the chair. Each deployment is configured around one practice — not a template.

Aria is your front desk. Not overflow. Not after-hours-only.

02 — Engineered capability

Built for the front desk. Not for a demo.

Aria isn't a generic voice agent with an industry skin. Every deployment is configured around the practice's actual scheduling rules, insurance posture, new-patient script, and after-hours behavior.

  • Answers every call No more rolling to voicemail when the team is in operatories. Aria picks up on the first ring during clinic hours and runs your after-hours script the rest of the time.
  • Books new patients Qualifies the caller, asks the right intake questions, and drops a confirmed appointment on the calendar with everything the front desk needs ready when they arrive.
  • Handles routine traffic Confirmations, reschedules, hours, location, insurance questions, and the dozens of small interruptions the front desk fields every day.
  • Configured per operator Your provider rules, your operatory constraints, your script, your tone. Aria is engineered to match the practice — not the other way around.
  • Integrates with your stack Slots cleanly into the calendar, intake, and communication systems you already use. We do the integration work so the front desk doesn't have to learn anything new.
  • Live monitoring Every call is logged, reviewable, and tagged. You see what Aria did, what it didn't, and what the team should follow up on — without combing through audio.

03 — In production

Live at WizKids Dental.

Aria is currently deployed at WizKids Dental, where it is the front desk on the phone — first point of contact for every inbound call. New-patient intake, insurance verification, appointment booking, hygiene recall, and emergency triage all run through Aria on the practice's existing number.

WizKids was the right first home for Aria: a real, growing pediatric practice with the same operational pain every dental office has. Engineering inside a working practice is the only way to ship a system that fits one.

04 — Configuration surface

Twenty verticals. Twenty engineered configurations.

Aria's voice engine is the same across every deployment. What changes is the configuration around it — the intake script, the qualification questions, the scheduling logic, the integrations, and the tone.

That's the right tradeoff. The system gets sharper with every new vertical because we're not rewriting it — we're learning the configuration shape that works.

See the twenty-one verticals

  • IntakeIndustry-specific intake script and qualification questions, written with the operator.
  • SchedulingBooking logic that respects how the operation actually books — providers, operatories, services.
  • IntegrationsWired into the calendar, intake, and communication tools the operator already runs.
  • BehaviorTone, brand, after-hours posture, and emergency routing tuned per operation.

05 — Pricing

Custom-engineered per operator. No public price list.

Every operation is different — call volume, provider mix, after-hours behavior, the systems already in place — and the deployment is scoped to it. Pricing is shared after a short discovery conversation.
