01 — About

An AI engineering studio. Three production systems. One team.

Velzyx is an AI engineering practice headquartered in Newport Beach, California. Proprietary in-house engineered AI systems for specific operators in specific industries — configured around the workflow, deployed in production, and owned end-to-end by the engineers accountable for them.

02 — Mission

Build AI systems that operate, not AI demos that impress.

That sentence is the whole brief. We don't sell horizontal infrastructure, we don't license a generic model, and we don't take on retainer work. We pick a specific operational problem inside a specific industry, engineer a system around it, and run that system as its own piece of production software.

Three systems live under the Velzyx roof today — Aria for appointment-driven practices, AgentCentric for luxury real estate, and AnalytixCRE for commercial real estate underwriting. Each one has its own engineering, its own customers, and its own production posture.

03 — Operating principles

  • Engineer end-to-end Each system is ours from architecture through production. No outsourced engineering, no white-label work, no contract retainers.
  • One operator at a time Configuration is per-customer, not per-template. The same Aria voice engine ships twenty-one different deployments because the operators are twenty-one different shapes.
  • Real customers from day one Aria runs in real dental practices. AgentCentric powers real listings. AnalytixCRE underwrites real deals. No pilots in a vacuum.
  • Long-term posture We're building an engineering practice, not a runway to an exit narrative.

04 — Founder

Varinder Kumar.

Varinder Kumar, founder of Velzyx AI

Role

Founding engineer. Operates the practice end-to-end — architecture, deployment, customer accountability.

Varinder is an AI engineer who studied the nuances of how AI systems actually work — what they can do reliably, what they can't, and where the line is between a demo and a system that runs in production. He founded Velzyx to apply that engineering discipline to the operational layer of service businesses — workflows, intake, follow-up, lifecycle systems. The unsexy infrastructure that decides whether revenue gets captured or leaks. Each Velzyx product is a custom configuration of the same underlying AI infrastructure Velzyx owns and operates.

He started Velzyx after years of watching operators get pitched horizontal AI tools that didn't fit how their businesses actually ran. The fix wasn't another generic platform. It was building the infrastructure underneath the operation itself — custom systems Velzyx engineers and owns, deployed to automate the workflows that quietly consume the people running these companies. The kind of system that until recently took an engineering org years to deliver. Velzyx delivers it one operator at a time, built for the next decade of how their business will run — not the current quarter.

Velzyx is structured to make that approach durable. It's an engineering studio, not an agency. Each system is its own focused build. Customers talk to the engineer who wrote the code.

05 — Headquarters

Headquartered in Orange County.

Velzyx is based in Orange County, California. The team works from Newport Beach.

Our customers operate across the United States, Canada, and beyond. We’re based here; the systems we build run wherever the operator runs.

06 — Vision

Where this goes.

Over the next several years, Velzyx will continue to engineer its existing systems and add new ones in adjacent industries where the same approach works: a focused operational problem, a real workflow to design around, and an operator willing to run the system in production.

The goal is not to be the largest AI company. It's to be the AI engineering practice that operators in our chosen industries trust most — because the system was built for them, not at them.
