Velzyx — AI Engineering
AI engineering for the operational frontier.
Proprietary in-house engineered AI systems. Configured per operator and deployed in production. Not a chatbot. Not a wrapper. Not a template.

02 — Demo audio
Hear Aria in action.
Demo recordings. For demonstration experience only. Aria handles intent, scheduling, payment, and write-back to the operator's software.
A new patient books a cleaning and exam in 60 seconds.
A first-time caller books an IV therapy treatment, same day.
Previews cap at 15 seconds. The full call, the synced workspace visualization, and the deployment context live on each industry page.
03 — Practice
An engineering team that ships AI as operational infrastructure — not as a demo.
We build voice operators, web platforms, and underwriting engines for specific operators in specific industries. Each system is engineered around the actual workflow, deployed in production, and configured per customer.
The engineering is the product. There is no separation between the team that designs a deployment and the team that runs it after it goes live. The engineer who maps the workflow is the engineer accountable for the system at 11pm on a Tuesday when nobody is watching.
Aria is the spotlight system. Around it, the practice runs adjacent builds — web platforms, underwriting engines, configuration tooling — engineered with the same discipline and shipped into production for the operators who use them.
04 — What we build
Any AI system, for any industry, engineered around the way the operator actually works.
Proprietary in-house engineered AI systems. Voice operators, custom CRMs, proprietary calculation engines, workflow automations, agentic tools, data systems — whatever the operator actually needs, configured around their workflow. Aria Dental AI is one example. The range is broader.
Voice operators
AI voice agents engineered for the operator's actual call shape. Aria Dental AI is the live deployment in this category — answering calls, verifying insurance, booking patients across providers. The same engineering approach extends to legal intake, home services dispatch, real estate showings, transportation dispatch, and other operations where the phone is the front door. Read about Aria
Custom systems
CRMs engineered to one business, not a category. Proprietary calculation engines that read from existing tools — CAD files, spreadsheets, ERPs — and surface answers a team would otherwise compute by hand. Workflow automations across legacy systems. Industry-specific data tools. If an operator can describe the problem honestly, we engineer the system. See the methodology
Industries we engineer for
Twenty-one industries configured for voice operator deployments today. Beyond that — any operational industry where an AI system has to talk to real workflows, real data, and real customers. Industrial engineering, financial services, healthcare administration, logistics, education operations, hospitality. The pattern travels. Browse industries
How an engagement starts
Every Velzyx build starts with a conversation, not a menu. We learn the operation, map the workflow, identify the place where an AI system would actually move the needle — and then engineer it. Custom-built per operator, deployed in production, operated alongside the customer for as long as it runs. How engagements work
05 — Custom-first
We understand the operation first. Then we build to the way it runs.
The premise of Velzyx is that no two operations run the same way, and an AI system that ignores that reality is going to underperform in production. We sit with the operator, we map the workflow, and then we engineer to that.
Custom solutions, not one-size-fits-all. Twenty-one industries, twenty-one distinct Aria configurations — because the way a dental front desk triages an insurance call is not the way a medical specialty group does, and neither one is the way a luxury realtor handles a sign call. The discipline is in the configuration. See the methodology
06 — Posture
07 — Operating model
An engineering studio. Not an agency. Not a holding company.
Velzyx engineers AI systems we own and operate, then runs them as production infrastructure for the customers who use them. The engineering practice is the company. Aria Dental AI is the spotlight product; the portfolio contains additional systems engineered for adjacent operational problems.
What that means in practice: when an operator deploys an Aria voice configuration, the engineer who designed it is the one accountable for it in production. There is no account manager. There is no separation between "build" and "run."

Every call answered. Every appointment booked.
WizKids Dental — Southern California — the first live Velzyx deployment.
The pediatric practice that wanted to stop losing calls. Aria is now the front desk — first point of contact for every inbound call. New patients are intaked, insurance verified, appointments booked across providers, and confirmations written directly into the schedule. Not overflow. Not after-hours-only. The whole front desk.
“Aria handles the phone the way a senior front-desk person would on their best day — every day. The schedule fills itself in.”
Customer testimonials in their own words and attributed by name will appear here as deployments approve public statements. The quote above is held until a named operator approves a public attribution.

A decision guide for operators evaluating custom AI.
Nine pages. The five questions every operator should ask any AI vendor, the red flags to watch for, and the line between an AI demo and an AI system that runs in production. Free to read.
