We build voice operators, web platforms, and underwriting engines for specific operators in specific industries. Each system is engineered around the actual workflow, deployed in production, and configured per customer.

The engineering is the product. There is no separation between the team that designs a deployment and the team that runs it after it goes live. The engineer who maps the workflow is the engineer accountable for the system at 11pm on a Tuesday when nobody is watching.

Velzyx engineers AI systems we own and operate, then runs them as production infrastructure for the customers who use them. The engineering practice is the company. Aria Dental AI is the spotlight product; the portfolio contains additional systems engineered for adjacent operational problems.

What that means in practice: when an operator deploys an Aria voice configuration, the engineer who designed it is the one accountable for it in production. There is no account manager. There is no separation between "build" and "run."
