Head of Customer Success — Aria
Full-time · Newport Beach preferred · US + Canada
Own the post-sale experience for Aria customers end-to-end — onboarding new practices, configuring deployments to fit each operation, monitoring performance, and serving as the operator's voice back into the engineering team. This is a hands-on role, not a CS-management role: you'll be the person practices actually talk to.
Strong fitWorked closely with dental practices, multi-location service businesses, or front-desk operations; can run a configuration workflow without hand-holding; writes clearly enough that an operator gets value out of every interaction.

Talent Partner — recruiting & people ops
Full-time · Newport Beach preferred · US + Canada
Own end-to-end hiring across engineering and customer-facing roles. Source pipelines, screen, coordinate interviews, write the offer, manage onboarding. As we scale, you also stand up the people-ops foundation — lightweight processes, payroll and benefits coordination, the parts of operations that compound when you do them well early.

Handle inbound questions from Aria customers — configuration changes, account adjustments, day-to-day operational issues. You're the front line for operators after they go live. Document patterns as they emerge and route them back into engineering so the next customer never has to ask.

Are you hiring engineers right now?
No active engineering openings at the moment. If you're a senior IC who's a clear fit for the way we work, you can still send a note — we keep a short shortlist for when the next role opens.
Are these roles remote?
Newport Beach is preferred because the operators we serve are largely in this corridor. Remote is acceptable for the right candidate — US or Canada based.
What's the interview process?
An intro conversation, a working session that mirrors the actual job, and a final reference round. We don't run gauntlets of take-homes — we'd rather spend the time on the work itself.
